- Wahroonga (Mundaring) is the centre for the Home and Community Care Support Services, Get Away, Centre-Based Respite and Disability Accomodation Services.
- Hamilton House (Midland) is the centre for the Aged Care Executive Team, Mental Health and Property Management.
- Centenary House (Koongamia) is the centre for Moorditj Mia Aboriginal Day Centre, Centre-Based Respite, and the Volunteer Program.
- Helen’s Place (Middle Swan) is the centre for Administration, Individual Options, Leisure Focus, Youth Finance and Human Resources.
- Stratton Youth Centre offers activities, music programs and multi-media workshops.
- Pinewood (Maida Vale) is the centre for Open Options, Community Aged Care Packages (CACP). Pinewood Centre is available for community access with a training room available.
- Milperra Cottage (Mt Helena) is the centre for Respite.
