About HCSG

Growing to meet Community Needs

HCSG is a charitable organisation which provides services to youth at risk, frail older people, people with disabilities and carers. HCSG was established in 1983 in response to the needs of the Mundaring Shire community. HCSG is a unique and dynamic organisation, with the flexibility to create new programs as community needs emerge. We have developed a range of innovative programs built on the values of trust, dignity, respect and integrity.

HCSG MEMBERSHIP

Are you a member of the Hills Community Support Group? It could be you think you are when you’re not!
HCSG’s Constitution provides that to maintain HCSG membership you must pay $5 by 30th June of each year. Your current membership will expire if you have not paid within three months of that date.

Who can be a member of HCSG?

Anyone over the age of 16 years with a commitment to HCSG’s Promise and Objectives and who is willing to abide by the Constitution

Why be a member of HCSG?

After an initial period of two months, membership entitles you to vote at all HCSG meetings and elections and to stand for election to the Board. In other words, to have a voice and a vote! Even if you are unable to be active within HCSG, your membership indicates your support of the organisation and the role it plays in the community.

HCSG SITES

Wahroonga (Mundaring) is the centre for Administration, Home and Community Care Support Services, Centre-Based Respite, and Community Living.

Hamilton House (Midland) is the centre for ICT Management, Get Away Club, Rainbow, and Individual Options.

Centenary House (Koongamia) is the centre for Centre-Based Respite and Carer Support.

Enterprise House (Middle Swan) is the centre for Gesundheit, Youth Services and Intervension & Diversion Project .

Swan View Youth Centre offers activities, music programs and multi-media workshops.

Pinewood (Maida Vale) is the centre for Open Options, Leisure Focus, Gesundheit (Kalamunda) and HACC (Kalamunda). Pinewood Centre is available for community access with a training room available.
