A significant development of HCSG has been the establishment of partnerships:

• From its inception, HCSG has had a partnership with Local Government.
• The alliance with Midland Brick Company Pty Ltd, forged on mutual respect for each partners' skills and networks, provides the framework for ongoing development of employment-based options for young people.
• Initiatives have been instigated with educational insititutions enhancing training and research opportunities.
• Small business support for specific projects.

Enterprise East Services provide an opportunity to build further business contact to broaden training and employment options and to raise the "social factor" between business, government and the community.
